<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certifying method and system for disposal, capable of simplifying work required for certifying disposal of a document, and capable of issuing surely the certification that the document is disposed, to a disposal client. <P>SOLUTION: This certifying method/system is constituted to give an identification number used when transporting the discarded document 16 from the disposal client 18 to a disposal plant 24, and a key identifier derived from the identification number, based on a certain rule, to a transportation slip 32 attached to a transportation box 22 for storing the documents 16, and is constituted to issue a disposal certification document to the disposal client 18, from a manager 12 preparing the disposal certification document, when the manager 12 confirms both the identification number and the key identifier, after the document 16 is transported to the disposal plant 24 and after the document 16 is disposed in the disposal plant 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
