The first elongated member and the second elongated member are connected by a flexible joint (210) configured to allow the first elongated member to pivot, move axially, and/or rotate relative to the second elongated member. At least one resilient member (240) is associated with the flexible joint to resist relative movement of the first elongated member relative to the second elongated member.
