PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for correcting air flow rate measurement value capable of easily and suitably correcting measurement error caused by pulsation of intake air targeting at output signal of an air flow rate measurement sensor measuring flow rate of intake air in an intake air passage. SOLUTION: The device for correcting air flow rate measurement value (ECU for engine control) correcting output signal of an air flow meter measuring flow rate of intake air in the intake air passage is provided with a program (rotation speed correction part B2) correcting actual engine rotation speed (measurement value by a crank angle sensor) based on acoustic velocity in the intake air (based on a correction coefficient K1 according to acoustic velocity in details), and a program (sensor output correction part B4) correcting output signal of the targeted air flow meter based on throttle valve opening Ta and corrected engine rotation speed Ne2 corrected by the rotation speed correction part B2.
