<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable inverter controller with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: This controller includes: a CPU 14 for controlling vehicle energy; a CPU 15 for controlling a power generation amount or an assist amount of a first motor 26; a CPU 16 for controlling a power generation amount or an assist amount of a second motor 27; a regulator 8 for generating power supply to be supplied to the CPU 14, CPU 15 and CPU 16; a first inverter 23 controlled by the CPU 15; a second inverter 24 controlled by the CPU 16; and a communication line 17 connecting between the CPU 14, CPU 15 and CPU16.
