RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, RADIO STATION, AND TRANSMISSION POWER CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which can perform power control in proper timing between itself and each radio station of the other parties of communication when there are a plurality of radio stations whose response times are different. SOLUTION: This radio communication system is provided with: a response time storage means 13 for storing the response time of the radio station of the other party of communication; a power control decision means 12 for transmitting the generation instruction of a transmission power control request message after deciding that a transmission power control instruction message from the radio station of the other party of communication has received; a power control message generation means 22 for generating a transmission power control request message according to the generation instruction; a response time count means 14 for searching timing when a power-controlled signal from the radio station of the other party of communication is received from a response time stored in the response time storage means 13; and a power change control means 15 for controlling reception processing according to the changed power of the radio station of the other party of communication.
