PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator of an on-vehicle electronic controller capable of efficiently cooling electronic components accompanied by heat production which are sporadically arranged on the circuit board in the electronic controller. SOLUTION: This heat radiator of the on-vehicle electronic controller comprises an electronic circuit having at least one electronic component 2 requiring heat radiation, a circuit board 1 on which this electronic circuit is mounted, and a cabinet 3 equipped with the circuit board 1 to radiate the heat from the electronic components to the outside air. In this heat radiator, a first heat radiating member 4 for forming a first passage having a constant width along the air flow direction A and having the electronic components 2 corresponding to the downstream side and a second heat radiating member 5 for forming a second passage having tapering width along the air flow direction and being connected to the upstream side of the first heat radiating member 4 are integrally formed on the surface of the cabinet 3 opposite to the circuit board side.
