PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making manual snow-removing implement with a high commercial value, and a manufacturing method for the snow-removing implement. SOLUTION: This manual snow-removing implement comprises a U-shaped frame body 4 in which vertical members 2 and 3 are continuously provided at both the right and left ends of a horizontal member 1, and a bucket body 5 which is provided between the vertical members 2 and 3 of the frame body 4.
