A KIND OF HYDROCHLORIC PIPERPHENTONAMINE FREEZE-DRIED POWDER INJECTION, PREPARATION METHODS AND USES THEREOF

A kind of hydrochloric piperphentonamine freeze-dried powder injection and their preparation methods. The injection is formed by freezing and drying with one portion of hydrochloric piperphentonam- ine, 2.5-30 portions of excipients and 400-600 portions of water for injection with pH=1.5-5.5. Excipient can be mannitol, dextran, lactosemilk sugar, saccharose, polyethylene glycol, poloxamer, Gly etc. It is preferred that the injection comprises one portion of hydrochloric piperphentonamine, 10 portions of excipients and 500 portions of water for injection with pH=2.0-3.0. The preparation method for the injection includes adding said hydrochloric piperphentonamine and excipient(s) into water, heating at 40-90 ?, being treated by ultrasonic wave, degerming, subpackage split charging,prefreezing,multistage' s drying, packaging to obtain the production. Controlled glass bottle is used and the brown is preferred. The appearance, colour & luster and solubility of the injection are excellent. It has good stability and long retention time. The uses of the injection in the preparation of medicament for heart failure and/or myocardial preservation.
