PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an international calling while accurately comprehending the stay country and local time of a calling destination. SOLUTION: This mobile communication network system is provided with: a plurality of portable telephone sets 11 and 12; and a server 13 for managing the stay country of the plurality of portable telephone sets 11 and 12; and a server 13 for calculating the local time of the stay country of the plurality of portable telephone sets 11 and 12. In the mobile communication network system, when receiving the notification of the portable telephone set 12 at the calling destination of the portable telephone set 11 at the calling origin, the stay country of the portable telephone set 12 is retrieved by the server 13 to calculate and transmit the local time of the stay country to the portable telephone set 11, thereby displaying the stay country of the portable telephone set 12 and the local time of the stay country by the portable telephone set 11.
