ADVERTISEMENT DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM, MAIL DELIVERY DEVICE, ADVERTISEMENT DISTRIBUTING METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance advertising effects while reducing the amount of email sent to report advertisement information.

SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution management DB 20 stores advertisement information stored in an advertisement DB 18 and the date associated with the advertisement information, for each user who requires the advertisement information to be reported. A web server 12 provides the user who requires the advertisement information to be reported with a web page showing the advertisement information stored in the advertisement DB 18. A mail delivery server 14 includes a mail delivery part for delivering an email that reports the advertisement information stored in the advertisement DB 18 to each user who requires the advertisement information to be reported; an advertisement information provision monitoring part for monitoring the amount of the advertisement information provided by the web server 12 within a period set according of the date associated with the advertisement information stored in the advertisement distribution management DB 20; and a mail delivery control part for controlling the delivery of the email by the mail delivery part according to the results of monitoring by the advertisement provision monitoring part.
