PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling control device protecting an electric pump when cooling water is poured in. SOLUTION: ECU 100 executes delivery quantity control process to control delivery quantity of cooling water of an electric water pump (W/P) 310 of a cooling device 300. When intention of pouring water is designated by operating a water pouring button 400 or the like, the ECU 100 improves water pouring characteristic by setting a target value of pump rotation speed Rp regulating delivery quantity to a target pump rotation speed RpA generally higher than a target pump rotation speed RpB following a fuel saving mode when water is not poured in. On the other hand, the ECU 100 executes air inclusion detection process in parallel with delivery quantity control process. In air inclusion detection process, the ECU 100 determines air inclusion when rotation speed deviationΔRp which is difference between the pump rotation speed Rp and the target pump rotation speed RpA is larger than a thresholdΔRpth.
