PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure pulsation analyzing device taking the influence of damping on the whole piping system into account. SOLUTION: In this pressure pulsation analyzing device 100, a fluctuation velocity distribution form calculating part 104 calculates a distribution form of fluctuation velocity in the piping system without taking damping of pressure pulsation into account by using the inputted set conditions. A total loss energy calculating part 106 calculates total loss energy of pulsation lost in the whole piping system, based on the fluctuation velocity distribution form. A governing equation holding part 112 holds a governing equation of fluid in an excitation source in the form taking damping of pressure pulsation into account. An equivalent damping coefficient calculating part 108 calculates an equivalent coefficient of damping of the excitation source by setting the total loss energy as loss energy lost in the excitation source. An excitation source pulsation response analyzing part 110 analyzes pulsation response in the excitation source by substituting the equivalent coefficient of damping for the governing equation. A piping system pulsation response analyzing part 114 analyzes pulsation response in the whole piping system, based on the pulsation response in the excitation source and the fluctuation velocity distribution form.
