PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount board for a packaging container and a packaging container using the same for easily forming a noticeable protrusive part for advertisement through a one-touch operation in the storage recess of a blister case in which commodities, etc. are stored. SOLUTION: When a protrusion forming part 34 is slid along an incision 32, the center of the part 34 swells and works as a protrusive part 22 for commodities advertisement. That is, the three-dimensional visually effective commodities advertisement protrusive part 22 is easily formed in a storage recess (a commodities storage recess 18 or a protrusive part storage recess 19) simply by sliding the part 34 along the incision 32.
