PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely close opening/closing members installed at the position displaced from fans and opposed to a heat exchanger when air quantity is small and surely open them when air quantity is large. SOLUTION: A fan shroud 5 is installed to continuously cover the outer peripheral part of a radiator 1 and the outer peripheral parts of the fans 3. Flappers 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29 opening and closing opening parts 9c, 9d, 9e, 9f, 9g, 9h are installed at the wall part 9 of the fan shroud 5 on the rear side of a vehicle rotatably around rotating support shafts 31, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41, respectively. The rotating support shafts 31, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41 are so tilted that the vertical upper parts are positioned on the end edge part sides of the flappers 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29 on the opposite sides of the rotating support shafts 31, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41 more than the lower parts at the vehicle lateral one ends of the opening parts 9c, 9d, 9e, 9f, 9g, 9h, respectively.
