<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further properly prevent the overheat of a motor. <P>SOLUTION: A torque limit temperature threshold is made to correspond to a combination of the number of revolutions of the motor 4 and the output torque of the motor 4, the torque limit temperature threshold is set according to control maps each regulating the torque limit temperature threshold corresponding to a temperature of a stator 14 or a temperature of a rotor 12, it is determined whether the temperature of the stator 14 is not lower than the torque limit temperature threshold or not when the torque limit temperature threshold corresponds to the stator 14, it is determined whether the temperature of the rotor 12 is not lower than the torque limit temperature threshold or not when the torque limit temperature threshold corresponds to the temperature of the rotor 12, and an output of the motor 4 is limited when it is determined that the temperature of the stator 14 is not lower than the torque limit temperature threshold, or when it is determined that the temperature of the rotor 12 is not lower than the torque limit temperature threshold.
