<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gyro module capable of detecting three-axis angular velocity. <P>SOLUTION: This three-axis gyro module 10 has a first gyro element piece 12 and a second gyro element piece 14 having two detection axes (first detection axis and second detection axis), respectively, and the third gyro element piece 16 having one detection axis (the first detection axis). Each gyro element piece 12, 14, 16 is disposed so that each first detection axis is aligned, and that the second detection axis of the first gyro element piece 12 crosses the second detection axis of the second gyro element piece 14. The three-axis gyro module 10 is equipped with the first operation circuit 22 for calculating the signals inputted from the first gyro element piece 12 and the third gyro element piece 16, and outputting the calculated result; and the second arithmetic circuit 24 for operating signals inputted from the second gyro element piece 14 and the third gyro element piece 16, and outputting the calculated result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
