<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a differential limiting-device for a vehicle capable of properly suppressing the occurrence of deflection of the vehicle when a differential limiting torque is applied to each of left and right drive wheels in starting and traveling of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This controller of a differential limiting-device comprises a differential limiting-torque calculation means 60 for calculating a differential limiting torque ΔT according to the state amount of the vehicle, a differential limiting torque upper limit guard value calculation means 62 for calculating a differential limiting torque upper limit guard value ΔT based on preset deflection allowing yaw rate and actual yaw rate of vehicle, and an upper guard treatment means 72 for limiting the differential limiting torque ΔT calculated by the differential limiting torque calculation means 62 by using the differential limiting torque upper limit guard value ΔT<SB>L</SB>calculated by the differential limiting torque upper limit guard value calculation means 62 to provide the differential limiting torque ΔT applied to the left and right drive wheels. Since an optimum differential limiting torque upper limit guard value ΔT<SB>L</SB>can be provided according to the differential state, the differential limiting torque according to the road conditions can be applied, and the deflection of the vehicle can be properly suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
