PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the action of a heat bridge to an exterior wall of a bearing wall from a concrete wing wall by protrusively providing the reinforced concrete wing wall in a cantilever-supported state in such a manner that the concrete wing wall is thermally shielded from a concrete skeleton, while making the reinforced concrete wing wall serve as a secondary structure for the concrete skeleton; and to enhance the degree of the freedom of the design of the concrete wing wall. SOLUTION: The exterior concrete wall W is covered with a composite outside-insulation panel 2 in an externally heat-insulated state. The reinforced concrete wing wall 5 is protrusively provided on the exterior concrete wall W in such a manner as to be thermally insulated with a heat-insulating supporting panel. One half protrusion AP of a Z-bar 1 of supporting rod steel, which passes through a noncombustible supporting block 4 fitted and fixed into a fit-in hole H1 of the heat-insulating supporting panel 3, is integrally fixed in the concrete skeleton CF by placing concrete, and the other half protrusion BP is integrally fixed in the concrete wing wall 5 by placing the concrete.
