PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make malfunctioning due to sheet processing hard to occur in a case where the size of a sheet fed from an external sheet feeding device is different from the size of a sheet carried from an image forming device. SOLUTION: The action control device 5 is provided for a sheet post-processing device 4 for processing a first sheet from an image forming device body 2 and a second sheet from the external sheet feeding device 3. It is provided with a first sheet size detection means 51, a second sheet size detection means 52, a sheet size determination means 53, and a post-processing action control means 54. The first sheet size detection means 51 detects the size of the first sheet from the image forming device body 2. The second sheet size detection means 52 detects the size of the second sheet from the external sheet feeding device 3. The sheet size determination means 53 determines if the sheet sizes detected by both sheet size detection means are the same or not. The post-processing action control means 54 controls post-processing action in the sheet post-processing device 4 in accordance with the result of determination by the sheet size determination means 53.
