The arrangement has a printed circuit board (2) laid against a printed circuit board (1) in such a manner that an electronic component (4a, 4b) i.e. high-frequency component, of the circuit board (2) is taken up by a recess (3) of the circuit board (1). The recess is formed as an open cavity in a direction of the circuit board (2) that is metallized on one side (8), which is electrically connected with a metallized side (7) of the circuit board (1). The open cavity is enclosed on the side (7) facing the circuit board (2) by a shroud.
