The device consists of mutually engaging dual inner and outer wedges (2,1), two symmetrical dual lifting wedges (3.1,3.2), an optional roller system (6.1, 6.2) and set screws (4) with left and right threads. The translational distance change of the inner and outer dual wedges relative to each other in one direction takes place by symmetrical translational movement of the dual lifting wedges in two directions, whereby the inner and outer dual wedges slide or roll on the dual lifting wedges.
