PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cooling device effective for improving fuel economy. SOLUTION: The engine cooling device 100 provided with a first electric pump 3 circulating refrigerant among an engine 1, an exhaust gas heat recovery apparatus 9, an AT oil heat exchanger 7 and a radiator 5, is provided with; a first channel 31 circulating refrigerant between the engine 1 and the radiator 5; a second channel 32 circulating refrigerant between the engine 1 and the AT oil heat exchanger 7; a third channel 33 circulating refrigerant between the engine 1 and the exhaust gas heat recovery apparatus 9; a valve 6 shutting off or circulating refrigerant to the second channel 32 and the third channel 33; a second electric pump 8 provided on a fourth channel 34 circulating refrigerant between the exhaust gas heat recovery apparatus 9 and the AT oil heat exchanger 7 during shut off of the valve 6; and a control part 11 controlling operation of the valve 6 and the second electric pump 8 according to an operation condition of the engine 1.
