PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a connection condition of a rotary blade with a rotary blade main body from varying due to rise of temperature during operation to prevent the natural frequency the rotary blade from varying. SOLUTION: In this vacuum pump, an insertion member 5d having larger coefficient of linear expansion than that of the rotary blade main body 5a having a dovetail groove 201, is provided in a dovetail groove type connection part 20 of the rotary blade 5b and the rotary blade main body 5a to prevent bonding power of the connection part 20 from being reduced due to thermal expansion caused by rise of temperature during operation of this pump.
