摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a differential amplification circuit dramatically improving direct current gain compared with the differential amplification circuit in a conventional MOS structure and to propose a constant voltage circuit greatly improving load regulation in a structure with only a one step differential amplifier in which phase design is fairly simple. SOLUTION: The differential amplification circuit is composed of: N type transistors Q1 and Q2 which are input means, P type transistors Q3 and Q4 composing active load, a constant current source I0, and voltage differential detection means DA. Output of the voltage differential detection means DA is connected to a control terminal controlling the constant current value in the constant current source I0 and a constant current value of the constant current source I0 is controlled according to a difference between voltage in a contact point of the transistors Q1 and Q3 and the voltage in the contact point of the transistors Q2 and Q4.
