PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a software automatic update device which constructs system environment, updates software and automates a software update operation in accordance with increase and decrease of connected equipment in office or building management, etc. SOLUTION: A monitoring control function part 112 is mounted on a main controller 101 which manages monitoring control information and definition information of the whole system and a server 102 which provides monitoring screen information. In addition to the monitoring control function part 112, a connected equipment software automatic update function part 113, a configured equipment management function part 114, a definition information automatic update function part 115 and a connected equipment management function part 116 are also mounted.
