PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative window which enhances design by suppressing the exposure of a mounting portion with respect to a frame body of decorations and bringing about a depth perception, and which can prevent displacement from mortar. SOLUTION: A decorative material 3 is provided in the approximately square frame body 2 for being attached to an opening 56 formed in a block fence 55; the frame body 2 has a depth slightly greater or smaller than that of a block 50 which constitutes the block fence 55; and a swallowing portion 15 for taking in and fixing the decorative material 3 is formed in a position to one side from the depth-direction center of an inner peripheral surface.
