<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an enclosed switchboard, wherein it is possible to prevent the blowout of high-temperature gas and the scattering of debris to outside the enclosed switchboard, caused by breakage or deformation of the monitor window of the enclosed switchboard due to internal short-circuiting accident, even if the window member of the monitor window is reduced in thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The interior of switchboard monitor window 7, formed in the door 6 of the enclosed switchboard, is constructed by closing an opening formed in the door 6 with a material obtained by laminating two transparent plates; a plastic plate 8 in contact with the space outside the board and a wire-reinforced glass plate 9 in contact with the space inside the board; and fastening the two transparent plates 8, 9, pressed by a frame 10, to the door 6 by a fastening member 6b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
