<p>A suction apparatus is provided to keep more powerful and effective suction force by making pressure between an attached surface and the suction apparatus to be lower pressure than atmospheric pressure or closed to a vacuum state. A suction apparatus comprises a pad(21), a center member(23), a housing(22), a plate spring(27) and a compression control unit. The pad has a lower surface suctioned to an attached surface. The center member is fixed to a center part of an upper surface of the pad, and forms closed space with lower pressure than atmospheric pressure between the pad and the attached surface by moving the center part of the pad up. The housing is equipped with a hole passing through the center member, and placed in an upper surface of the pad. The plate spring with ring shape is attached to outer circumference of the housing, and pressurizes an outer circumferential part of the upper surface of the pad. The compression control unit is equipped with a lever(24a) and a compressing part(24b), and connected to one end of the center member by a shaft(24c).</p> |
