A transfer-printed handle cover is provided to mount a leather cover on a cover body that is manufactured by rubber, soft plastic or urethane. A transfer-printed handle cover comprises a primer layer(16) formed on a surface of a cover body(10) that is shaped by rubber, urethane or soft plastic, a transfer printing film(13) coated on the primer layer by water transferring and a coating layer(14) formed on an upper surface of the transfer printing film to protect and shine the transfer printing film.
