<p>A golf ash tray receptacle suitable for attachment to a golf bag, comprises a container having an open end to rest a cigarette or cigar on. Preferably the container has a lid attached to the container by a spring that allows the lid to move between an open and closed position. The container may be fabricated from a flame resistant material such as a metal or flame retardant plastics and may have at least two holes to allow for a flow of air when the lid is in a closed position. Preferably the golf ash tray receptacle includes a clip means such as a spring clip with a loop and tail part wherein the loop part has an opening to allow the golf ash tray receptacle to be clipped to a reinforcing band on a golf bag. Advantageously the golf ash tray receptacle accommodates ash and butts from cigarettes and/or cigars.</p> |
