<p>The machine (10) has a rotatable frame (14) rotatably supported on a base (12) at a rotational axis. Printing material carriers (16) are arranged on the rotatable frame. A drive device (20) is provided for gradually rotationally driving the rotating frame. The drive device has a linear drive to produce a linear impulse movement at a distance to the rotational axis and transmit the impulse movement for rotating the rotatable frame. A coupling device (30) is provided to produce a detachable, torque proof connection between the linear drive and the frame. An independent claim is also included for a print method for utilization with a carousel printing machine.</p> |
