An MCU(Micro Control Unit) system embedded with a flash memory and a flash memory access method for an MCU are provided to reduce a waiting state of the MCU and access the flash memory effectively even if the MCU accessing the embedded MCU in an interleaving mode accesses non-continuous addresses. An MCU system includes a plurality of flash memory blocks(120,130), an MCU(200) accessing the flash memory blocks in an interleaving mode, and a flash memory control logic unit(110). The flash memory control logic unit enables a memory block including an address next a first address among a plurality of flash memory blocks to store the address next the first address and the data of the next address to one of registers(140,150) while an address calculation cycle of a second address is performed when the first address currently accessed by the MCU and the second address accessed after the first address by the MCU are not continued. A selector selects the data stored in the registers or the flash memory blocks by control of the flash memory control logic unit. The MCU accesses the data selected by the selector.
