A system and a method for recognizing an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) signal are provided to improve a recognition rate of an RFID tag by collecting and providing tag information to a reader, and improve the tag recognition rate and integrate the tag information efficiently by processing undetected tag information and fully transferring an energy provision signal to the RFID tag. An RF radiator(155) radiates an RF signal for providing energy to an RFID tag. A power adjustor(160) adjusts power of the RF signal. A controller(140) compares an 'I(In-phase)' signal with a 'Q(Quadrature-phase)' signal, enables the power adjustor or the RF radiator to radiate the RF signal having a different power level when the 'I' signal is unmatched with the 'Q' signal or process a tag signal received from the RFID tag when the 'I' signal is matched with the 'Q' signal. A signal restorer(135) restores the tag signal by comparing the tag signal and a reader signal. A display unit(145) displays the processed tag information to a GUI(Graphic User Interface) screen. A connector(150) transfers the processed tag information to a reader through the wired/wireless network.
