A sepa tie fixing device for a concrete form is provided to facilitate assembly of a rear supporter by inserting a fixing pin through the rear supporter and a cylinder. A sepa tie fixing device for a concrete form comprises a cylinder(30), a front supporter(40), a rear supporter(50), and a fixing pin(58). The cylinder interconnects a sepa tie(10) and a support plate(20). The front supporter is installed at the front part of the cylinder, and formed into a multi stepped part to prevent concrete leakage. The rear supporter is fixed to the rear part of the cylinder by the fixing pin. A spring(48) is disposed between the front and rear supporters. The front supporter is provided with first and second stepped parts(44,45) at one end. A thread(42) is formed at the other end of the front supporter.
