<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service capable of automatically grasping a user's state, reflecting the user's state to an avatar and allowing a user to adjust a user's actual state and the state reflected to the avatar to a plurality of mobile communication terminals and also to a non-mobile communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The information of mobile communication terminals and the non-mobile communication terminal sharing avatars is previously registered in a user management database, a gateway is prepared for the non-mobile communication terminal.
