摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# A mix of separate, commerce stimulating and partly or fully integrated and/or cooperating purchasing and sales method modules are used for the current or future trade and/or auction of goods, making use of predetermined selection criteria, optionally with a speculative character. These modules comprises the following: (1) Market Place ("Marktplaats"), allowing a vendor to offer current and future products at a price chosen by him, the products having standard or flexible specifications which can be negative or positive qualities; (2) Request for More, which uses the same process as the Market Place module to allow a buyer to make a bid for a higher number of products; (3) Counterbid, which uses as the same process as the Market Place and Request for More modules to allow the buyer to simultaneously bid for a higher number of products and/or at a different price from one or more vendors; (4) Request for Order, allowing the vendor to send a request for order to all vendors or to favourite suppliers per product group, color or product level; (5) Dutch Auction, which uses an electronic purchasing and vending system (6) Preferred Masterlist, allowing a buyer to indicate a selection of products with specifically chosen specifications; (7) Autoalert for informing the vendor when products on the preferred masterlist become available to buy; (8) Autobuy for automatically buying products which are on the preferred masterlist; (9) Standing Order, allowing a vendor to offer products at a price chosen by him, according to repeated future delivery data, the products having standard or flexible specifications which can be negative or positive qualities; (10) Automatic Discount Principle, allowing a vendor to charge different prices to certain market segments; (11) Future Module, allowing a guarantee for goods to be sold or bought at a predetermined price in the future, which provides a degree of speculation; (12) Continuous Market Penetration, allowing the E-commerce system software and array of products on offer by the vendors to be integrated into its own website; and (13) Sales Stimulation Module, allowing the vendor to decide which location(s) and/or target group(s) the advertisements for their products will be shown to. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# An electronic commerce (E-commerce) process for selling products and/or services is described. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# Both vendors and buyers can be rated according to quality and reliability, allowing a black list and favourite supplier system to be compiled. The vendor can offer products in all available packaging, as well as in a standard packaging, reducing packaging time and reducing capital costs. #CMT#COMPUTING AND CONTROL : #/CMT# The process includes automatic discounts and margins, a display system for the FOB (Free On Board) and/or CTIF (Costs Taxes Insurance Freight) figures in a currency chosen by the purchaser, anti-dumping measures, an automated packaging systematic, statistical market information, a coupling system between product quantity and transport space, and a classification filter and ranking system.
