A packing pouch for retort foods is provided to discharge the necessary amount of the content by a content extracting unit and to prevent the dust included in the air from flowing into a receiving part, by closing up an outlet unit by the content extracting unit after extracting the content. A packing pouch for retort foods is composed of an outlet unit inclined at 45 degrees at one side of the upper part and a content extracting unit(140) installed at the outlet unit to open and close the outlet unit according to the combination and separation state of a cap(141). The content extracting unit comprises a lozenge-shaped fixing part(142) having narrow left and right sides and a wide center portion; a combining part(143) protruded on the upper side of the fixing part and provided with male threads(143a) formed on the outer surface; a support ring(144) fixed to the outer lower part of the combining part and provided with a fixing groove(144a); and the cap having a hanging projection(141a) formed at the lower part and inserted into/drawn out from the support ring and female threads formed on the inner side and joined to/separated from the male threads of the combining part.
