An organic light emitting display device is provided to protect a conductive line from an external impact by forming a protective layer on conductive lines without an additional process by elongating an insulation layer and a planarization layer of a pixel area on the conductive lines. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(110), a pixel area(120), conductive lines(151), a first insulation layer(113), and a second insulation layer(114). The pixel area is arranged on the substrate and includes a plurality of pixels. The conductive lines are arranged on the substrate and are electrically connected to each pixel. The first insulation layer is included in the pixel area and is elongated on the conductive lines. The second insulation layer is arranged on the first insulation layer, is included in the pixel area, and is elongated up to the conductive layer for planarizing the pixel area. |
