A filter embedded trocar is provided to improve efficiency of a space during surgery by implementing a compact structure while performing an air discharging operation. A filter embedded trocar includes an insertion tube(110), a body(120), a tube(10), a pin(20), and a filter unit(140). The insertion tube is inserted into abdomen of a patient. The body is connected with the insertion tube and includes a valve(150). The valve draws in air into the abdomen of a patient and discharges the air to the outside of the abdomen of a patient. The tube includes a cap(130). The cap is coupled to the body. The pin is inserted in the tube and includes a sharp portion(210) for being inserted into the abdomen of a patient. The filter unit filters harm air during inflow and outflow of the air from the abdomen of a patient.
