The modular system has a diagnostic measuring instrument (2) with a transmission unit for electromagnetic waves and an acoustic output module (3) with a receipt unit for electromagnetic waves. The two mounting plates (7a,7b) are arranged within the bag (1) such that a wireless data exchange take place by a spatial adjustment of a transmitter of the transmission unit and the receiver of a receipt unit between the two devices on inserting the devices into mounting plates.
