A manufacturing method of a cap having laddered strands is provided to obtain a cap giving the feelings of vintage naturally, and to obtain special beautiful feelings by exposing the band attached to a frame of a visor. A manufacturing method of a cap having laddered strands includes the steps of: (S1) cutting both sides of a triangular textile in zigzag; (S2) coupling two textiles with a chain sewing machine; (S3) sewing a band on the rear surface of the textile; (S4) sewing the entire portion of the textile; (S5) washing the crown portion; (S6) dissembling the coupled strands with a chain sewing machine; and trimming the end of the cut portion after the strands are dissembled. The strands of the end of the cut portion are laddered by the washing process, and thus the band sewn on the rear of the textile becomes exposed to the outside. |
