A sublimation purifying apparatus having a transfer unit is provided to prevent drooping of a supporting part due to weight, heat and the like of a sample, and easily mount and collect inner pipes through a transfer supporting part integrally formed with a door. A sublimation purifying apparatus(100) having a transfer unit comprises: an outer pipe(110) having a door(30) on one side thereof such that an internal space of the outer pipe maintains vacuum; a plurality of heaters(130) disposed on an outer side of the outer pipe to emit heat; a plurality of inner pipes(120) housed in the outer pipe to collect material sublimated by heating; a transfer supporting part(10) which is installed in the length direction within the outer pipe, and supports the inner pipes such that the inner pipes of the sublimation purifying apparatus are movable in an inner central part of the outer pipe; and at least one transfer unit(20) installed at a lower side of the transfer supporting part to move horizontally the transfer supporting part in the length direction of the outer pipe within the outer pipe. The sublimation purifying apparatus further comprises an external transfer guide part(40) disposed on an outer lower part of the door to guide a horizontal movement of the door. The outer pipe has a fixing groove(50) formed on an end portion thereof opposite to the door such that a front end of the transfer supporting part is inserted into the fixing groove.
