A mounting assembly of a car audio for a vehicle is provided to install a support washer on a guide bar and employ a cutting part having one open part in the support washer. A mounting assembly includes a mounting clip(100) and a guide bar(200). The mounting clip is fixed to a body(300) of a car audio by employing an inserting part(110) fixed to a cowl cross bar(400). The guide bar elastically connects the body of the car audio and the cowl cross bar. The guide bar includes a first guide bar and a second guide bar. The first guide bar and the second guide bar are fixed at two opposite sides of the body of the car audio so that vibration caused by left/right rolling of a vehicle is absorbed.
