摘要 A method for manufacturing a micro pixel liquid crystal display device is provided to increase a response speed and to reduce a driving voltage by using a micro pixel mixture. A method for manufacturing a micro pixel liquid crystal display device includes: depositing transparent electrodes on top and bottom surfaces(S1); pre-baking the two substrates(S2); coating photo-resist on the substrates(S3); placing the substrates on an aligner and exposing the substrates to UV(S5); removing the exposed areas of photo-resist on the substrates; etching same patterns on the photo-resist on the transparent electrodes(S8); testing the patterned electrodes(S10); coating the substrates with a spacer and a sealant(S11); coating one substrate with a layer of polymer spacer beads or column spacer; assembling the two substrates together and hardening the sealed lines by exposing them to UV light or heat(S12); injecting a liquid crystal and polymer mixture into an individual cell under a vacuum(S15); and forming alignment layers and micro pixels inside the cell.
