A damper device for a glove box is provided to rotate first and second screws when the glove box is rotated, to move the damper, and to press a hinge pin by inserting a protrusion into a space between a hinge housing and a hinge pin. A damper device includes a hinge pin(210), a damper(220), a protrusion(226), and a hinge housing(230). The hinge pin is provided at a hinge part of a glove box. The damper sticks to a circumferential surface of the hinge pin. The damper is provided with a first screw(224). The protrusion is provided at one side of the body. The protrusion has a thickness thicker than that of the body. The hinge housing is provided at an inner circumferential surface with a second screw(232) engaged with the first screw.
