A reinforce for strengthening a door frame is provided to ensure rigidity of the door frame, which is directing into the inside of the door frame, by reinforcing through angled portions. A reinforce(500) for strengthening a door frame comprises a door frame having a door pillar portion to define a framework portion of a front door, at least two welding holes(430) and fastening holes(410) formed along the door pillar portion, and a reinforce installed in the inside of the door pillar portion. The reinforce includes a locking protrusion(510) formed at one end portion thereof and a flat head bolt hole(520) formed at an opposite side thereof. The door frame is provided with the fastening holes, into which a flat head bolt(420) is closely fitted at the outside of the pillar, and at least two welding holes.
