The present invention relates to a procedure and a device for allocation of radio resources in form of time slots in a cellular radio system, which allocation is performed in order to, in the cells of the system, meet the request/demand by mobile stations for bandwidth in form of one or more consecutive time slots. According to the invention a frequency pair is selected based on the number of free, consecutive time slots in the different frequency pairs of the cell. After that, one or more free, consecutive time slots are selected in the selected frequency pair, based on the location of said one or more free time slots in the frame of the selected frequency pair of time slots. |
