METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING UPLINK CONTROL SIGNALLING CHANNELS IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

A transceiving method of an uplink control channel in a wireless communication system and a device thereof are provided to efficiently multiplex SR(Scheduling Request) channel resources and ACK/NACK channel resources continuously generated according to downlink data, thereby improving uplink resource usage efficiency. A terminal receives notification on resource information about NCCCHs(Non-coherent signaling Control Channels) to be used when the terminal transmits 1-bit control information(600). The terminal confirms whether an event occurs(601). If so, the terminal generates a 1-bit modulation symbol indicative of the control information(602). The terminal repeats the modulation symbol as many as the number of LBs(Long Blocks) of assigned NCCCH resources(603). The terminal multiplies the modulation symbol and each symbol of orthogonal sequence by each symbol of ZC sequence in LB unit, and sends the symbols at assigned slot timing(604).
