FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by chili pepper cutting and browning in vegetable oil, garlic rubbing through and browning in vegetable oil, tomatoes cutting and blanching, mustard greens cutting and freezing, rice boiling until mass doubles, cutting of skin-free fillet of smoked salmon, cheese grating, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with table salt, saffron and CO2-extract of pyrolysis timber, packing of prepared mixture and sour cream with preset ratio of components, sealing and sterilisation. ^ EFFECT: allows to produce new preserved food with high assimilability. |
