FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, in particular to microbiology, obstetrics and gynecology, urology, pediatrics. Method is characterised by detection of biological signs of gardnerells isolated from patients' clinical material using classical nutrient mediums, standard incubation conditions. After tinctorial and morphological features of investigated microorganism are evaluated, its ability to catalase-formation, hemin requirement (h-factor occurence), acid resistance and character of culture growth in semifluid ""-199 medium are analysed. As a result Gardnerella spp. are differentiated from pathological close representatives of urinogenital microflora to diagnose gardnerellosis. Invention provides improved reliability of laboratory diagnostics of gardnerellosis at reduction of diagnostics time. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of laboratory diagnostics of gardnerellosis at reduction of diagnostics time. ^ 3 ex, 1 dwg |
